The restaurant at Coroncina seats 22 guests in two rooms: the cosy main dining room with its splendid fireplace and charming view, and the smaller dining room for those who prefer more privacy. The elegant restaurant serves vegetarian cuisine, with different dishes that combine delicious flavours from our own garden with a selection of typical Italian products. The restaurant's soft pastel decor, refined furnishings, spacious portico and intime dining room come together to create a special ambiance for those special moments.
Our tasting menu is made up of about 10 different courses including dessert. Our vegetarian cuisine means that all dishes are based on vegetables and herbs grown in our own garden and dressed with our home-produced 100% Virgin olive oil (Vanesio) and locally produced cheeses and eggs. The menu varies with the seasons, while a rich selection of local and biodynamic wines add to the richness of each dish--in keeping with the tenets of agritourism. Dining out on the verandah in summer is delightful--an insect may bite, but remember: We are in the country!
